Stabilo Carbothello Pastel Pencil 365-Violet Light

Carbothello Pastel Pencils by Stabilo are soft pastels in pencil form. They contain no oils or waxes. They can be used with soft pastel or most other mediums. They are partially water soluable. A fixative can be used between layers or on finished work.
