We offer FREE Shipping on all orders of $90 or more shipping to all 50 states in the U.S.A. (including Alaska and Hawaii). We do NOT offer free shipping for orders shipping outside the U.S.A.

On orders below $90 the shipping will be calculated before you check out (shipping cannot be calculated without your address). We quote the actual shipping charge calculated by U.S.P.S. or Fedex based on the weight of the items in your cart and your shipping address. We do not add anything to shipping charges.

Sales tax: We are located in Oregon, a state that does not have sales tax. recent court decisions may result in online sellers having to collect sales taxes for states that they ship to. This situation is still developing and we are currently NOT collecting sales taxes for any state. If sales taxes are due in any states we will bare the responsibility for paying these.

Restricted items: Some products may not be shipped by any air mail method such as USPS Priority mail, First class mail or Fed Ex Next day and 2nd day service. This restriction includes products such as aerosols, solvents, solvent based varnishes, some oil painting mediums such as Liquin and Galkyd and canned air. If these products are added to your cart, you will only be able to select an appropriate shipping method or free shipping (if you order is over $90). These items may not be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii or outside the continental U.S.A. 

 

Returns:

We accept returns on unopened, unused products that are in sell-able condition. We will pay all return or replacement shipping costs if the return or replacement is a result of our error, but you must make the error known within 30 days of receiving your package.

For Returns or Exchanges within 30 days of receiving your package:

You must call for Approval and a Return Authorization (RA) Number. You may return unused items in the original packaging that are in sell-able condition for a full refund of the product. We will only deduct the original shipping charge from your refund; there will be no re-stocking fee. You may choose a full refund in the original payment method or in store credit.

Please allow 24 hours for us to issue the refund once we have received your return and 5-10 business days for your bank to process it. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

For Returns or Exchanges within 90 days of receiving your package:

You must call for Approval and a Return Authorization (RA) Number. You may return unused items in the original packaging that are in sell-able condition for a store credit, minus the original shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.

Please allow 24 hours for us to issue the refund once we have received your return and 5-10 business days for your bank to process it. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
