Returns:
We accept returns on unopened, unused products that are in sell-able condition. We will pay all return or replacement shipping costs if the return or replacement is a result of our error, but you must make the error known within 30 days of receiving your package. Please note: Items classified as hazardous materials such as flammable alcohol inks, aerosol cans and solvents can not be returned due to shipping restrictions.
For Returns or Exchanges within 30 days of receiving your package:
You must call or email us for Approval and a Return Authorization (RA) Number. You may return unused items in the original packaging that are in sell-able condition for a full refund of the product. We will only deduct the original shipping charge from your refund; there will be no re-stocking fee. You may choose a full refund in the original payment method or in store credit.
Please allow 24 hours for us to issue the refund once we have received your return and 5-10 business days for your bank to process it. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

You must call for Approval and a Return Authorization (RA) Number. You may return unused items in the original packaging that are in sell-able condition for a store credit, minus the original shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.
Please allow 24 hours for us to issue the refund once we have received your return and 5-10 business days for your bank to process it. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Items with shipping restrictions classified as hazardous materials such as flammable alcohol inks, aerosol cans and solvents.
Airbrushes, Books and DVDs
No returns on Clearance and Bargain Basement items.
