Returns:

We accept returns on unopened, unused products that are in sell-able condition. We will pay all return or replacement shipping costs if the return or replacement is a result of our error, but you must make the error known within 30 days of receiving your package.

For Returns or Exchanges within 30 days of receiving your package:

You must call or email us for Approval and a Return Authorization (RA) Number. You may return unused items in the original packaging that are in sell-able condition for a full refund of the product. We will only deduct the original shipping charge from your refund; there will be no re-stocking fee. You may choose a full refund in the original payment method or in store credit.

Please allow 24 hours for us to issue the refund once we have received your return and 5-10 business days for your bank to process it. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

For Returns or Exchanges within 90 days of receiving your package:

You must call for Approval and a Return Authorization (RA) Number. You may return unused items in the original packaging that are in sell-able condition for a store credit, minus the original shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.

Airbrushes, Books and DVDs 

No returns on Clearance and Bargain Basement items.
