 TK 9400 clutch pencil is a classic, reliable and familiar artist pencil that technicians and artists enjoy writing, drawing and sketching with. To load with lead,  press and hold the back end of the pencil which will open the "jaws". Insert 1 piece of 2mm lead into the front end, pushing the lead into the barrel. Release the hold on the back end to close the jaws and grasp the lead. 

• Premium quality artists pencil has a hexagonal barrel with ergonomic round grip. The TK 9400 clutch pencil has a slender and even shaft with its balanced point oriented towards the tip.
• The included lead is 3B and has a diameter is 2mm thick. When the lead runs out simply, refill with TK 9071 leads, available in 9 different degrees of hardness
• Lead will stay put with powerful jaws gripping the lead firmly.
